2. Service Details and Availability
- Pick-up Only: Our Starlink rental service is available for pick-up only. Please ensure you arrange to collect the equipment from our designated location. We do not deliver the dish to you, nor provide any courier delivery services. Allow 10-15 minutes so we can show you how to use the dish and connect to the internet.
- Rental Plans:
- Standard Plan: $15 per day for up to 10 days – $10 per day for anything above 10 days
- Maximum 12.5 GB per week or 50 GB per month
- Includes: Starlink Antenna, 15M Power Cable, 240V adapter, 12/24V Cigarette Lighter Power Cable, 3M Cable, Transport Bag
- Suitable for VOIP, regular browsing, and voice/video calls.
- Unlimited Plan: $25 per day for up to 10 days – $20 per day for anything above 10 days
- Unlimited data usage each month
- Includes: Starlink Antenna, 15M Power Cable, 240V adapter, 12/24V Cigarette Lighter Power Cable, 3M Cable, Transport Bag
- Additional items like solar blankets or battery-powered chargers available at extra cost.
- Ideal for heavy usage, streaming, and gaming.

3. Eligibility
There is no age minimum for renting the equipment. Anyone who meets the rental terms can rent from Offgrid Internet. For each rental, we ask you to provide a copy of an identification and a phone number to be contacted.
4. Rental Duration & Rates
- Minimum Rental Period: 3 days
- Deposit: A $300 deposit is required as a bond for the antenna. This deposit will be returned when the equipment is returned undamaged.
- Booking: For rentals lasting 7 days or more, a 10% deposit is required to secure the rental dates.
- Refunds: Early returns will not receive a pro-rated refund.
5. Late Fees
- Late Return: A $50 fee per extra day will apply for late returns unless a separate agreement is reached.
6. Damage or Loss
- Damage or Loss: If the equipment is lost or damaged, the renter will be charged a $800 fee to cover the cost of the Starlink Mini kit plus our time.
- Reporting Issues: Please inform us immediately if there is any damage or malfunction with the equipment.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and cash payments for the rental.
- Late Payment Fees: Any late payments may incur additional fees.
8. Service Area
The Starlink equipment is to be used exclusively in Western Australia. The rental service is not available outside of this area. Maritime plans are available if you are traveling to a WA island, but pricing is quite prohibitive.
9. Ownership
The Starlink equipment remains the property of Offgrid Internet at all times. The renter does not acquire ownership rights to the equipment during the rental period.
10. Liability and Network Connectivity
- Liability Disclaimer: Offgrid Internet is not responsible for any network connectivity issues experienced while using the Starlink service.
- Usage: Customers are fully responsible for their usage of the rented Starlink equipment. We do not take liability for any issues or damages resulting from the use of the products or services we provide.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
