Our mission

How it began

A field-tested service, not a startup pitch.

Three points behind why this exists. None of them came from a whiteboard, all of them came from time on WA roads.
  1. 01 Where it started

    We kept hitting the same wall.

    Long stretches in WA with no proper way to stay online. Patchy mobile, expensive marine kit, slow dial-up at the caravan park. Working a job remotely or running a business from out there meant losing hours every week to dropouts.

  2. 02 What changed

    Starlink® fixed it for us.

    We started running our own dish a couple of years ago. The difference was immediate, working video calls from the bush, full bandwidth at camp, a backup when the mobile dropped out. It became the gear that came on every trip.

  3. 03 Why we built this

    Most people don't want to buy a dish.

    Owning a Starlink only makes sense if you're remote often. For a 3-week trip, a mining swap, an event weekend, or a one-off stint at the farm, the maths doesn't work. So we hire ours out, fully configured, no setup pain, no lock-in.

    We answer the phone, in WA, within an hour during business hours. No script readers, no offshore call centre.

    If a kit fails on the road and it's not user damage, we replace it. We don't argue about who's at fault while you're stuck in Karijini.

    Trip moves? One email. We shift your dates for free if you give us 48 hours notice. No contracts, no lock-ins, no exit fees.
